Master Mind
There is one common thing for people who have become wealthy themselves. It is the power that they acquired through organized and rationally directed knowledge. To achieve this, they create:
Master Mind, Super Mind, Trust of Brains
Master Mind is an organized effort of two or more people, aimed at a well-defined goal in an atmosphere of harmonious cooperation.
Master Mind gives you power. Power is necessary to obtain money as well as to maintain what is already gained.
From life
In 2012 Master Mind which I created, worked in Warsaw. The result of his work was support in the creation and operation of the Light for Africa Foundation, of which I am one of the founders. There were usually 4 to 6 people at the meetings. We met regularly every week.
It can be said that the Foundation Board meetings, which are now held regularly every week, are a continuation of the previous activities of the Master Mind. Some members of this Master Mind joined the Foundation Council and actively participate in its activities.
Features of a well-chosen Master Mind
- Economic benefits always occur and it has been repeatedly proven in practice when an entrepreneur surrounds himself with a group of sincerely devoted people, working with him in a spirit of harmonious cooperation. This creates the foundations for future business, often leading to the creation of great fortunes. This is a factor that will clearly define your future financial status.
- Psychic principles, each pair of minds that work together creates a third invisible force that resembles the third mind.
How it’s working?
Mind is some form of energy. When the minds of a group of people work together harmoniously, their collective potential grows. You can say that they add to each other. It’s like series connected batteries whose voltages add up and can therefore run a much larger machine. One battery is sometimes not even able to move the machine, but a combination of several makes it possible. It is the same in Master Mind. Each of the members may not be able to start a great enterprise, but the joint action definitely does, and with unexpected ease.
Master Mind has knowledge and experience that a single person cannot accumulate in a lifetime. Importantly, the energy generated by a harmoniously functioning Master Mind becomes available to each of the members of the Master Mind.
Each mind is both a transmitting and receiving station for the exchange of thoughts (thought energy).
Practically
Harmonious cooperation (the golden rule) is essential. Without harmony, there is no Master Mind. It will only arise when each member is able to suppress his own personality and forget about his own interest.
The time needed to harmonize minds is about 10-20 minutes. Only after this time do minds unite and harmonize.
The Master Mind can be made up of any number of people, starting with two. On the other hand, the best results of working together are achieved when the group consists of 6-7 people.
The frequency of meetings. Regularly, preferably twice a week. At least once a week.
Form of meetings. Personal meetings whenever possible. This is when the greatest clutch of thoughts occurs. If members are scattered around the world or are on the road, online conferences using Skype instant messaging, a webinar room or telephone.
If there has been an unfortunate merger of minds, then such an alliance must be broken. If one of the people does not cooperate harmoniously, it should be immediately ruled out, otherwise the set goal will not be possible to achieve.
Examples of Brain Trusts (fortunes)
Andrew Carnegie (1835-1919), an American industrialist and philanthropist, founder of the Carnegie Steel Company, created a Master Mind of approximately fifty people linked by the specific purpose of producing and selling steel. At one time he was the richest man in the world and he started out as a poor immigrant from Scotland.
Henry Ford (1863-1947), an American industrialist, creator of the Fordism method of work, founder of a well-known car factory, the Ford Motor Company, had a continuously operating Master Mind of about 20 people. Henry Ford began his activity overwhelmed by poverty and lack of education, and after 25 years he became one of the richest people in America. His Master Mind included such famous people as: Thomas Alva Edison (1847-1931), Harvey Firestone (1868-1938), John Burroughs, Luther Burbank (1847-1926).

One of the tasks for the participants during the Success Project was to create a Master Mind from people they met during the training.
