Who is IFIBR for?
IFIBR is suitable for everyone who wants to improve their quality of sleep and life. However, it is especially suitable for people who have chronic pain due to inflammation, muscle tension or cramp-like conditions, such as menstrual cramps.

What is IFIBR made of?
IFIBR is a mixture of the high-tech fibers Fibrilium, Lyocell and wool, manufactured to the highest quality standards in a certified European factory.

In what sizes is IFIBR available?
IFIBR can also be made in custom sizes, but the standard dimensions are:

• 100x200cm
• 90x200cm
• 80x200cm
• 90x190cm
• 80x190cm

Can I use any duvet cover on it?
The duvet cover does not affect the way IFIBR works. Nevertheless, the thinner the layer between IFIBR and the body, the better IFIBR works.

I have back pain, is IFIBR right for me?
The results of a double-blind study conducted to the highest scientific criteria have shown that IFIBR is highly effective against back pain. This study was also published in a scientific magazine – see LINK. Further research on this topic is ongoing and suggests that IFIBR is also effective in relieving menstrual cramps and other painful conditions.

Is IFIBR made in Austria?
IFIBR MedBed-S is registered to Ipoh GmbH in Austria, and it is produced by a certified European plant exclusively for SAFIR GROUP INTERNATIONAL LTD.

What certificates does IFIBR have?
IFIBR has been scientifically tested to the highest standards and has been proven to have a very good effect against painful conditions – see LINK. Furthermore, IFIBR is compliant with “Oeko-Tex Standard 100”.

Does IFIBR have a smell?
There may be a very faint smell, which is typical of the materials used, wool and lyocell. This smell can be completely eliminated by thoroughly airing it out before using it for the first time.

Can I use IFIBR on any type of mattress or bed?
Yes, IFIBR is suitable for any type of bed or mattress. All you have to do is to make sure it is the right size.

Is it a problem if I sweat a lot?
While sweat does not adversely affect IFIBR, it is recommended for hygienic reasons to place a thin layer between IFIBR and the bed sheet, which can be easily washed.

How do I clean my IFIBR?
Please follow the cleaning instructions on the product. IFIBR is suitable for dry cleaning, please do not wash or bleach it. To freshen up, simply air out IFIBR in the fresh air.

Can I wash IFIBR? / Is IFIBR waterproof?

Is IFIBR stain resistant?
No, but the outer layer can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth if necessary. Please do not soak or wash.

Is IFIBR also suitable if I suffer from a dust mite allergy?
Yes. The integrated silver fibre has slightly antibacterial properties and also keeps mites away. In any case, it is recommended to have the IFIBR dry-cleaned on a regular basis.

What is the durability of IFIBR?
The high-tech Fibrilium fibre on which IFIBR’s effect is based has no expiry date and does not diminish with use. This means that if used properly, IFIBR can be used indefinitely.

Do you offer a guarantee on IFIBR?
