Egg yolk – a treasury of health

Egg yolk contains all the necessary ingredients to give birth to a new, healthy life. It is also a great treasury of health for you.
Remember!
Only soft-boiled yolk. You can eat up to 15 yolks a day (soft-boiled!!!, raw). A maximum of 2 whole eggs is recommended, although some people eat more whole eggs.
Daily ritual
I eat 4 egg yolks every day (until 2018-11-07 I ate 3 egg yolks a day for over a year), bought from farmers at the market, i.e. from hens that run around the yard.
I pour boiling water over the eggs for a maximum of 2.5 minutes so that the yolk inside does not exceed 41 °C. I strain them with an egg strainer to remove the unset white.
If I feel like fried, then … I melt the fat with cracklings in a pan, add chopped headcheese or sausage and when they heat up, I add the egg yolks, turning off the gas. The yolk will gently coagulate (actually thicken) using only the heat accumulated by the products that were in the pan.
Breakfast in Tanzania
Since July 2021, when I have been spending most of my time in Tanzania for over a year, I eat 6 egg yolks for breakfast, fried in fat and cracklings from beef neck (prepared myself). Add about 50 g of butter at least 82% and a few cloves of garlic, about 5 grams.

Atherosclerosis
Atherosclerosis is formed at high levels of homocysteine. There is a very large amount of lecithin in egg yolks. The body creates choline from lecithin, which has a very good effect on brain function. Lecithin stabilizes the entire lipid metabolism in the body.
When you eat a lot of egg yolks, cholesterol and triglyceride levels stabilize.
